Brand Protection
Last Updated: October 2026
ECCO Egypt is committed to helping customers recognize genuine ECCO products and avoid fraudulent websites, misleading advertising and counterfeit goods.
1. Be Alert to Fraudulent Websites
- Fraudulent sites and social media accounts may copy ECCO logos, photography, website styles and offers.
- A domain containing “ECCO”, a sponsored advertisement, brand images or an attractive discount is not proof of authorization.
- Some sites may fail to deliver orders or attempt to harvest personal and payment information.
2. Shop Through Trusted Channels
- Purchase through the verified official ECCO Egypt website, official ECCO retail stores, or confirmed authorized retailers.
- Visit Find Our Stores for the current validated Egypt branch list.
3. Protect Your Information
- Verify destination URLs before payment. Never send passwords, PINs, OTPs or full card details by email.
- If a seller seems suspicious, stop the transaction and seek assistance.
4. Report Suspected Counterfeits
- Email support@lrg-eg.com with the suspect URL, screenshots and a description of the concern.
- Attach an order reference if relevant but do not disclose sensitive payment credentials.
- Reports will be reviewed and guidance provided where possible. Authentication is not guaranteed.
ECCO logos and designs represent the brand’s commitment to quality and craftsmanship. We encourage customers to choose trusted purchasing channels.
