ECCO Egypt aims to provide a reliable, convenient and transparent delivery experience.

1. Standard Delivery

• Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on the delivery address and courier availability.
• Orders placed outside business hours, on weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.
• Estimated timelines may change because of location, courier schedules or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are based on the delivery location and are displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

3. Delivery Instructions

• Customers may add delivery instructions where the checkout supports this feature.
• If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier may contact the customer or make further attempts. Undeliverable orders may be returned to the warehouse.
• Eligible refunds for undeliverable orders are governed by the Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

4. Confirmation and Responsibility

• Order confirmation is sent to the supplied email address with the order details and delivery estimate where available.
• Responsibility for goods transfers upon successful delivery, subject to applicable law.
