1. Orders

• Customers place orders by completing checkout and supplying correct contact, delivery and payment details.
• An order confirmation email will confirm submitted purchase details and any applicable delivery charges.
• Orders remain subject to acceptance, stock availability and successful verification where relevant.

2. Products and Prices

• We aim to display accurate products, sizes, descriptions and prices. Errors may occasionally occur.
• All prices are presented in EGP and include applicable taxes. Shipping fees appear at checkout.
• If a pricing or availability issue affects an order, we will contact the customer with lawful options and applicable refund arrangements.

3. Delivery

• Typical standard delivery is 3–5 business days, subject to shipping address and operational conditions.
• Failed deliveries and relevant refunds are addressed in the Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
• Customers may receive courier contact to schedule a further attempt.

4. Returns and Refunds

• Standard eligible returns: within 14 days of receipt, subject to lawful exceptions.
• Defective or non-conforming goods: rights and remedies may apply within 30 days of receipt under Egyptian consumer law.
• Refunds must comply with statutory requirements, regardless of general internal administrative timelines.

5. Payments and Promotions

• Checkout displays enabled payment providers. Promotions follow the terms shown with each campaign.
• Offers are subject to availability and applicable law. Accepted orders are not arbitrarily repriced.

6. Gift Cards

Participating ECCO Egypt stores may accept relevant gift cards/vouchers subject to terms. Online redemption is currently unavailable.

7. Website Use and IP

• Do not misuse accounts, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware or unlawfully reproduce content.
• ECCO trademarks, brand imagery and associated materials belong to ECCO or respective rights holders, not automatically to the local operator.

8. Privacy and Liability

• Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Third-party service policies may also apply.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Updates, Law and Contact

• Terms may change prospectively as permitted by law. Material updates are published on the site.
• Applicable laws of Egypt govern the local store relationship.
